 Su-Ann is a cross-cultural specialist with over 20 years’ experience in international education, partnerships, training, and strategic engagement. She has a PhD in Cross-Cultural Psychology and Intercultural Communication, combining academic expertise with practical insight to enhance cross-cultural adjustment, wellbeing, and build global competence.

Mark is a trusted leader with significant experience within the Australian Government, having held various roles within the Refugee, Citizenship, and Multicultural Programs and International Policy Division. Driven by a passion for helping people grow, he brings a people-first approach to guiding individuals and organisations through cultural transitions.
